Skirmish Samford Terms and Conditions

General Conditions

By participating you agree to do so AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Weekend Bookings - Saturdays & Sundays

Closed public holidays.

Weekday Bookings - Monday to Friday

Session times may be altered, changed or requested by Skirmish Samford Paintball.
Weekday package $1,050.00. Includes game fees, equipment, uniform hire and 9,000 paintballs to share amongst the group. This package is for 1-15 players. $70.00 per additional player.

A $400.00 deposit* is required to secure a Weekday package. Deposit payment must be paid 48 hours prior to the booked session. The balance of $650.00 is payable at check in.

Weather policy*

Paintball will go ahead rain or shine, we will be there for your session. If there are any weather disruptions we will continue to run as safely as we can. We will alter the schedule to work around anything that may come our way.

It is up to the customer to make their own determination on the weather prior to purchasing or paying deposits, as there will be no refunds or transfers available within 24 hours of booked paintball session.

Refund policy*

Deposits are only refundable, if written cancellation is received 5 days prior to booked paintball session. Inside of 5 days, deposits are not refundable but are transferable to a game date within 6 months. Inside of 24 hours,deposits are not transferable or refundable.
Games that are transferred are not refundable.

Transfer policy*

The first transfer is free, however thereafter will incur an admin fee of $16.50 payable upon application.

Personal equipment policy

Any player supplying their own equipment must have it inspected and approved.

NO BYO paintball guns or paintballs allowed.

Organizer group deposit policy

You can change the number of players up to 24 hours before your game. Any unused deposits paid by the organiser can be applied to the organiser’s game fee or used as a credit during the session.

You can still alter your booking inside 24 hours. Unused deposits paid by the organiser can be applied as a credit during the session.

Credits can be used for extra Paintballs, Gun and Barrel upgrades.

Additional players are welcome and accepted at short notice, the deposit can be paid at the same time.

Behavior and participation policy

Participants must be a fit and proper person, (have not within the past five years, been convicted of a disqualifying offence including misuse of drugs, misuse of weapons, the use or threatened use of violence, or been the subject of a domestic violence protection order).

Failure to comply with the rules, terms or conditions could result in the individual or group being ejected.
